Badger Hockey Falls Short in NCAA

The Wisconsin Badgers 2004/05 hockey season came to an end on Friday night in Grand Rapids Michigan during the Regional semi-finals in the NCAA hockey tournamnet.

After dropping out earlier than expected last week during the WCHA tournamnet, the Badgers were certain that they would still receive a bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Unfortunatly....... the Badger's run in the NCAA also came to an early end, as Michigan defeated the Badgers 4-1. The Wolverines now advance and play another WCHA team...... Colorado College for the Regional championship, with the winner going to the NCAA Frozen Four.
